Ron Siegel

Ron Siegel born, raised, married with three great sons, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson in Orange County California. / Ron graduated Chapman College (now known as Chapman University) in 1984 with degrees in Accounting, Marketing and Management. Ron served on the highly regarded Chapman University Economic Forecast staff in 1983-84. Ron was honored with the Enterprise Award for Entrepreneurial Achievement at commencement from Chapman in 1984. / Following college, Ron continued the entrepreneurial spirit; starting, operating and selling businesses through the 80’s and 90’s. In the late ’90s Ron joined Merrill Lynch and earned the Series 7 and 66 Licenses as well as his Insurance License. / Ron started investing in, and financing, real estate and other investments in the early 80’s so he is uniquely qualified to assist others in what he has already done and avoid the pitfalls he has already experienced. Ron experienced the booming Real Estate markets as well as the downturns in the 80’s, 90’s and mid-2000’s as well as the mortgage market meltdown we recently navigated. Ron has a passion for helping people finance their first home, bigger home, vacation home and retirement homes. Ron Siegel is very familiar with FHA Loans, VA Home Loans, Jumbo Home Loans, USDA Home Loan, Reverse Mortgages, California Down Payment Assistance Loans and Private Money Loans. / Ron is has earned certifications as a Certified Mortgage Advisor and Certified Divorce Lending Professional CDLP. Ron has also partnered with Home for Heroes to provide financial rewards for Veterans, First Responders, Nurses and Teachers at the Closing of every loan. / In 2010 Ron was offered the opportunity to host his first Radio Show as a Consumer Advocate and Real Estate Expert. Today “Ron Siegel” discusses the “Why” and “How-to” of anything affecting your home or bank account 6-days per week along a syndicated network of AM and FM stations. / Ron has hosted over 2,350 radio programs and helped hundreds of California families buy, sell, refinance, and remodel homes as well as interviewing experts in the disciplines of divorce, bankruptcy, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance, wealth management, risk management and tax planning.
